Our story
Built on Personal Experience. Driven by Educational Opportunity.
Our founder, Majdi Nawfal, arrived in Canada as a Syrian refugee and experienced firsthand how overwhelming an unfamiliar education system can be — different institution types, admission requirements, credentials, financial assistance and career pathways.
Since founding Edittive Inc. in 2020, he has worked directly with students on educational planning, program selection, college admissions and financial assistance — building trust within Ontario’s refugee and newcomer communities. Ontario Academic Consulting brings that experience together under one dedicated brand.
